NCAA Football Picks for Week 11

Decent week last week, but nothing to write home about. I got the Ohio St./Penn St. game, FSU/Clemson, 'Bama/LSU, UNC/Duke, and GaTech/Wake games, but I missed the Oregon/Stanford and Notre Dame/Navy games. I'm already 0–1 on the week after USF got thrashed by Rutgers. ACC: UNC 27, Miami 24 (The Tar Heels' defense will stop the run, get after Jacory Harris, force some turnovers, and ultimately lead to an upset). Wake Forest 41, Florida State 34 (As with any FSU game, this could go the other way quite easily, but I don't see Skinner turning it over against the 'Noles' defense and it's doubtful E.J. Manuel will be as solid as Christian Ponder in his first meaningful playing time.) Clemson 38, NC State 28 Boston College 24, Virginia 13 Virginia Tech 23, Maryland 13 Georgia Tech 45, Duke 42 (GaTech will get a scare this week. The Jackets' secondary is poor, and Duke can throw it around the yard.) SEC: LSU 38, Louisiana Tech 17 Florida 34, South Carolina 17 Alabama 28, Mississippi State 27 Tennessee 24, Ole Miss 21 Georgia 34, Auburn 31 Arkansas 31, Troy 28 Kentucky 31, Vanderbilt 23 Other Significant Top 25: Ohio State 24, Iowa 10 USC 28, Stanford 24 Pitt 38, Notre Dame 28 Cincinnati 34, West Virginia 31 UCF 45, Houston 41 Arizona 27, Cal 24 Texas Tech 31, Oklahoma St. 28 Last week: 22–5; Season: 82–29 (73.9%)
